Formal attire—dresses and suits are required, and garden party/coastal chic/disco looks are encouraged! The ceremony and reception dinner will be held outdoors and on grass so block heels are recommended.

Please reference the travel & accommodation page to find the accommodation doc for pre-reserved and suggested stays. Lodging in PT books out very far in advance, we recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible. We are happy to help by making any suggestions if you need assistance!

Although we are having a kid free wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday, we would love to see your little ones at the Friday Welcome Party or Beach Brunch! Thank you for understanding and we are happy to help arrange a babysitter for Saturday if needed.

A shuttle will be provided from the Bishop Hotel parking lot (downtown Port Townsend) to Marrowstone Island and back at the end of the night. If you are staying nearby or live in PT and still want to take the bus, feel free to park in the Bishop parking lot or the lot across the street. We strongly encourage guests to take the shuttle so we can all let loose and get home safe! Please note that there are no Ubers in Port Townsend! There are also parking spaces at the venue if you do decide to drive or carpool. If you are driving, we ask that you please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the ceremony starts at 4 so you can grab a glass of champagne and find a seat! We will not be providing transportation for the Friday Welcome Party or Sunday Beach Picnic.

There will be vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options provided, as well as non-alcoholic mocktails! Please let us know your dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we are aware!
